Many of our behaviours, emotional reactions, and life results are influenced by beliefs we are not consciously aware of.
In my work, I use subconscious-based methods, including PSYCH-K®, to support the transformation of these internal patterns.
PSYCH-K® is a process designed to help shift subconscious beliefs that may influence how you think, feel, and respond to situations.
Rather than working only at the level of conscious effort or willpower, this approach focuses on creating change at the level where patterns are actually stored.
This approach focuses on working at the level of subconscious patterns, rather than relying only on repeated analysis or conversation.
Because of this, the process is often experienced as more direct and focused compared to traditional talk-based approaches.
It does not require long-term discussion of the same situation over months or years, but instead supports shifts in how you internally respond to it.
